Lance Gross reminds me of that one boy from the neighborhood or Junior High school that may have been a little dusty and/or unnoticeable back in the day but one day you run into him and you’re like “DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN! You can get IT.” He’s extra, extra cute. And he’s dark. I loves me a dark, man with a high ash possibility. Plus, I follow Lance (yes, we’re on a first name basis) on Instagram and he’s a photographer with tons of talent. I admire the fact that he’s following his passion. What I Like About Him:
Trigga is all kinds of adorable. He’s like your best friend’s little cousin. I used to not like Trey Songz music because he changes voices too much in his songs. He doesn’t do it much anymore but even when he does, I allow it simply because he cut them braids off. I didn’t like the braids. And I told him I was “Listen boo, if you want us to keep doing what we do you gonna have to let the braids go.” And well – ahem- you see him. By the by, if you haven’t copped Chapter V, please do yourself a favor and be about that Trey Songz life.

What I Like About Him:
Listen, this man is finner than fine okay. He’s like a little pocket size slice of caramel colored heaven! I would cook, clean, put money on his books, produce albums, sells copies of ATL on the highway, mow grass, rebuild engines, manage Akoo sweat shops in Guatemala – WHATEVER it took.  He’s obviously a hot head but he’s the MF’n KANG so what do you expect. He’s well spoken, articulate, intelligent, seemingly a good father and even a good boyfriend/husband (no comment on his situation aka Tiny) and he has a great sense of humor. He’s sexy in street clothes and suits. I swear if I ever met him I’m going to lose it and if nobody’s watching I’m going put his little ass in my purse and bounce. I’ve been down with the T.I. since the release of I’m Serious before some of y’all was really down with him like that. I remember when I went to seem perform in a club – I broke in line and flirted with a security guard to make sure I got in. I LOVE HIM sweet Jesus!

Hey y'all!    I was finally able to get my grubby little paws on more Michaels Craft Store Grab Boxes. It was completely by accident, I simply wanted to buy a t-shirt to complete an order and I saw 4 boxes so I purchased 4 boxes. Here's what was inside: Most of this will get used. I was most excited about the floral department stuff and the lights. The total for my boxes is over $400. Anything I can't use, I'll be donating to my job!

BOOK REVIEW: "I Almost Forgot About You" by Terry McMillan

While I'm not a Terry McMillan fanatic, I do usually enjoy her books. This title was hard to read and confusing from the very beginning. I understand that Georgia is on a mission to find herself but the books is long and gets boring often. Plus there are way too many characters to keep up with. I will still pick up a Terry McMillan book in the future but I do not recommend this book.

Intermittent Fasting....Let's GO!

So I've been hearing a lot about Intermittent fasting lately and I'm officially ready to give it a try.  Intermittent fasting is not a  diet , but rather a dieting pattern. ... By fasting and then feasting on purpose, intermittent fasting generally means that you consume your calories during a specific window of the day, and choose not to eat food for a larger window of time. I am diabetic so I am going to do 9 hours of eating and 15 hours of fasting. I will post often on my progress. I've created 2 documents to help me plan. While most people say you can eat "whatever you want" I am going to try to be mindful of what I eat and stick to one dessert per day. I can't quit cold turkey on the processed sugars because I'm an addict!!!! Wish me luck! Have any of you tried IF? Comment below. If you're interested in the files I'm using, email me and I'll send them to you. No need to recreate the wheel.  XOXO
